PROTEGE CON CONTRASEÑA UN DOCUMENTO PDF CON VISTA PREVIA

Puede ser que tengas archivos en formato PDF que no quieras que nadie lea o vea. Mantener a salvo archivos que tu consideres que son material sensible o como te decía antes, simplemente no quieres que nadie los vea, solo tu no es nada complicado pudiendo incluir a esos archivos una contraseña.

Por suerte con tu Mac no hacen falta aplicaciones extras para proteger cualquier documento PDF con una contraseña y darle un toque de seguridad a tus archivos.

Para ello:

Abre un documento PDF desde Vista Previa, no importa que lo hayas descargado desde internet, así pruebas como funciona.

Una vez abierto, dirígete a Archivo>Exportar.

Si quieres, puedes cambiar el nombre del archivo. En la parte de abajo, verás una pantalla en la que tienes que marcar Encriptar.

Ahora tienes que escribir dos veces la misma contraseña (para asegurar que no has cometido errores) y pulsa en Guardar.

2 veces contraseña

¡Listo!. Es una forma totalmente segura con la que podrás estar muy tranquilo, ya que si no saben la contraseña, nadie podrá acceder a esos archivos.
